The Seven Social Stages of a Client Communication

Seven stages are identified, each with a clear social purpose, and which broadly move through opening routines, input and action, to closing routines.

In this long exemplar, the stages are moved through paragraph by paragraph. In longer texts, the input and action stages three to five are cycled through for each topic, and clearly demarcated with a heading and paragraph structure. The features identified in the previous short exemplar hold in this longer, denser text. These features are discussed further in the following presentation, published paper and in subsequent publications.
